CHANGE OF REGULAR PARISH COUNCIL DATES

From January 2019 the Council will be holding its meetings on the second Thursday of each month excepting August and December when there are no meetings.

Venue - The Reading Room, High Street at 7.30pm.

Members of the public are welcomed at all meetings.

READING ROOM CLEAR-UP SATURDAY 20TH OCTOBER

A big thank you to the small band of villagers who spent Saturday morning, 20th October, helping to clear and weed the patio, the front path and the multi-use games area at the Reading Room and playing field. A storage room inside the building was also cleared and cleaned and this will now store a number of chairs and tables.

CYCLING EVENT IN WHITTLEBURY 27TH OCTOBER

A non-competitive cycling event will pass through Whittlebury on Saturday 27th October 2018. The Wiggle Hawker Hurricane Sportive organised by UK Cycling Events is an event for amateur cyclists and will start from Turweston Aerodrome near Westbury, Bucks.
