The Whittlebury Good Neighbour Scheme will be holding a fete on Saturday 14th September 2019, 2.00pm to 5.00pm, on the Reading Room Playing Field. The aim is not only to raise funds for the Scheme but also to enable the village to come together in a late summer communal event.

Refreshments, cream teas, a cake stall, raffle, tombola, skittles, face painting, white elephant stall, a book stall etc. etc. will all be available as well as a karate display and a performance from the Whittlebury First School choir.

Donations of cakes, bottles, tombola prizes, books, bric-a brac, 'bits and bobs' - and empty jam jars (for Mystery Jars) - would all be appreciated and can be delivered to The HUG coffee morning, any Friday between 1000 and 1200 md.

And offers from anyone to help with the stalls, setting up (Saturday morning 14th September) and packing up late afternoon would also be appreciated.
