Planning applications are normally discussed by the planning subgroup of the Parish Council which then makes a report and a recommendation to the full Council at its next monthly meeting. The Council makes the final decision on its response which is then submitted to the local planning authority, South Northamptonshire District Council (SNC).
Details of all Council meetings are shown in the Council Calendar and the agenda for each meeting, which contains details of the applications to be discussed, is published at least three days prior to the actual meeting.
While the Parish Council considers and comments on all applications affecting the parish, the controlling authority is SNC which can decide to accept or ignore the Council's comments.
Full details of all planning applications relating to the Parish can be found on the planning pages of the SNC website.
